To receive your Win/Loss statement, please follow these steps:
- Visit Seneca Niagara Casino and obtain your Win/Loss Statement at the Player Kiosk located next to the Main Cage Cashier. Your valid Seneca Player's Club card is required and you will be prompted to answer a few security questions to access your account information.
- The requesting Seneca Players Club Member must complete a Win/Loss Request Form.
